IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping fees are calculated according to the weight and destination of your package. Each package is provided with a tracking number. Be advised that all shipping fees are non-refundable. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details, along with the tracking number. Tracking information with only be updated after 24 hours since your order has shipped.
Please note that deliveries are only made on business days, from 9 am to 6 pm PHT, and processing may take up to 5-10 business days. During new issue release, processing may take longer than usual due to the high volume of orders.
Due to typhoon Odette, there have been temporary suspensions and/or delays of shipments to Siargao, Dinagat Islands, Visayas, and Mindanao. All orders will be shipped as soon as service resumes to these areas.
Orders will be shipped via GoGoExpress and are insured with a tracking number as long as it is within the courier's serviceable area. If your area is not on the list, your order will be shipped via GIKAH Express (via LBC). Please allow at least 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated. Once the courier receives your package, you will be updated via text message to the phone number provided upon checkout. The buyer assumes all responsibilities after delivery including loss of items after delivery and of claims made with the shipping carrier.
